Rackets 2.0 and their associated baseline / Primary repeatable Jobs/ Family Business. This list will be adapted added and subtracted by the Don as we go along and the new systems are tested.

Info:
The process of meeting people (NPC), accepting or rejecting their requests for a Loan. Documenting this process then securing a *Debt Collector to retrieve the Debt later on.
Equipment:
Up to you.
Plan:
Using RP, come up with situations and stories, documented by Journals in which you are giving someone a Loan. Drive around, find someone who is standing and meet with them. They have asked you to meet due to wanting a loan. Take a Snapmatic of that person, make sure you capture their physique and face , close up. Post this Snapmatic on your Racket thread and perhaps get in contact with a *Debt Collector about chasing down this guy and collecting. Only rule is that no Loan can exceed $20,000. Mademen have a limit of $50,000 to loan. It would draw too much heat to get involved in amounts above this. Usually its small time loans or short advances. Dock workers, gamblers and other desperate people. This is real old school Mob work.

Target: As a Debt Collector, keep an eye out on Rackets that are involved in Loan Sharking in particular. They will list the photo of someone who owes the Family money.
Equipment: Vehicle. Some type of weapon for intimidation.
Plan: Remember the photo.. drill it into your mind.. go about your business and one day soon you may see him taking a walk.. Handle the situation accordingly but remember that a dead man cant pay his debts! Document your Collection and post a comment in the Post that detailed this piece of work initially.

Info: The simplest and most effective way to steal a Vehicle for profit.
Equipment: Dark clothing. Black Sedan (ideally)
Plan: Drive around with a partner at night time. Dont speed, don't draw attention. Search around for carparks and small streets. Anywhere that you can find a suitable vehicle that has NO civilians in sight of it. When you have found an ideal place, one Member gets out and walks to the Vehicle.. Do not pull up right next to the target in your Vehicle.! if anyone is too see the Vehicle theft they should not also be able to make out the Vehicle you arrived in. The member who is breaking in does so and Hot-wires the car and drives off towards the specified destination. The other member, in the original car stays put in sight of the Theft.. To make sure that no one saw it or no one shows up right after the event.. Once clear, both cars meet up. Now the orignal Car will drive ahead towards a Family Chop Shop, with the Stolen car a few hundred meters behind. If the front car sees ANY Police, they must warn the stolen car to turn off this road. Take the vehicle to the Chop Shop and collect your money... No Heat!

Plan:
With two or more Members.. Drive up to a Store. Get out, maybe crack your knuckles, then head into the store.. The Clerk will see Mercanti's coming and should start preparing his Street Tax. If he does not offer it up right away.. perhapse have a word to him.. if still nothing maybe pour a little Gasoline on his chocolate bars. Maybe quickly show him that you brought a gun with you (aim at him for a second). Highest Ranked Member collects the take. Anyone with Heat goes off separately to those who don't, till heat dies down.

Info: Like any good Mafia/Gang, we have our own business in the "Entertainment" Industry. We call it the "Midnight Escorts".
Equipment: Vehicle (Ideally a Manana or Peyote etc..). Fists.
Plan: At night time approach some of our Escorts slowly. Exit the Vehicle a distance away (in order not to spook them) and walk towards them. Walk into the Escort for 2 seconds or more, until she reacts.
Plan A: She will say something and walk away. This is good this means she has paid you your cut and is heading home.
Plan B: she says something then starts running away.. This means either she refuses to pay you your cut or worse, is under the protection of a new Pimp. In any case if she runs, knock her to the floor and take all her cash.

Info: The Don has a Connect in San Rico. On his orders the Team involved in Procurement will set out to make the Deal.
Equipment: Vehicles, Weapons, Body armour and Parachutes.
Conditions: Must have the Dons Greenlight. Must be in Public Server.  Must abide by the Honesty system in terms of results.. Cannot be "Re-done"
Plan:
The team should work out the specifics before leaving. They should head up to San Rico making sure to avoid any incidents. Once there, they must find a Gang Attack, this will be the location of the Deal. The Ranking member will enter the red circle first, with the others ready and waiting outside the red circle. Once the ranking member has "Activated" the first NPC in the Circle, the following should happen:
The First NPC will spawn and will pull out a gun and run up to the Ranking Member, who should at this point turn around and stat walking back out of the red circle.. no one should have guns out as that will quicken the time it takes the Gang to activate and shoot you. The NPC should follow, gun in hand till you make it to the edge. Once the first NPC is activated, the rest of the group can move towards the NPC and enable Parachute when they are near him. This is the moment that you receive the goods as part of the deal. You have exchanged money for a Backpack containing 1 Kilo of Cocaine. If at any point between now and the moment yuo remove the Backpack at Location B, you die and re-spawn without the Backpack, that Kilo has been lost and cannot be regained. Its very possible to return without any Crew still holding a Backpack so plan the whole event well to ensure a high yield of Coke. Location B should be over the border in a place where the Runners can pick it up for Domestic distribution.

You have been notified about a "Package" that needs to be picked up and delivered.
Equipment:
Vehicles as needed. Parachute.
Plan:
When a Ranking Member of the *Drug Wholesale - Procurement, or *Drug Distribution - Turf Management gets in touch with you. They will provide you a Snapmatic Picture of a Location, a list of destinations and the Amounts of Coke that must go to each one. Each Backpack that is obtained by the *Procurement Team is 1 Kilo (1,000g) and its called a Suit. Each Backpack that is obtained by a Turf Management Team is 100g and is called a Bag. there are ten Bags in a Suit. The Ranking Member(s) of a *Drug - Running Racket should organize the Pick up, movement and drop off as requested. Taking ALL Care to ensure that the "Suits" or "Bags" are delivered properly. Anyone who attains even one Police star while involved in doing a Drug Running 101 job will receive Jail Time! If that Member is in possession of a Package, either in a backpack or in a vehicle, that Backpack must be discarded! (Select - Disable Parachute). Do not agree to this line of work if you cannot manage that. The only time the Stars rule is not applied is when Runners are taking a Package across the Border. Drug Running is a key part of the Process.

*Drug Distribution - Turf Management

   Turf Management

   Crew: 1+
   Racket: Drug Distribution - Turf Management
   Info: After receiving a "Package" from *Drug - Runners, The Ranking Members organize the packaging and distribution of it.
   Equipment: Establishment (Not Directly Mercanti e.g. Not an HQ)
   Plan: A *Drug Runner has notified you by way of Snapmatic that a an order of "Suits" has arrived at your HQ (Suits = Backpack with Kilo). The Ranking Members of this Racket should organize the Suits for sale and distribution by cutting each Suit into ten groups of 100g. A Backpack containing 100g is known as a Bag. There are 10 Bags in a Suit. create a post in the Racket Thread entitled "Connect" and list the amount of Bags, that are available, and at which location they can be picked up. Usually a discreet place that is not operated by a Mercanti. Make sure everyone knows to respond by deducting 1 from the Comment before their own, while attaching an Imgur showing their Sales. the Comments list will be a count down to zero when the stash has all been sold. The money should then be *Laundered at the right place by the Ranking Member and a percentage delivered to the Don.

*Drug Dealing - Sales

Info: You have picked up an official Bag of Coke from Location C, Listed on a "Connect" thread. If you die and this Backpack is lost, it is gone and you cannot re-enable it. In any case now you wish to sell it.
Equipment: Backpack (Parachute), Weapon.
Plan: You will need to organize two other members to join you. Each of you will have a role in making sure this is sold without being too obvious. Do not wear anything too fancy or noticeable. You don't want to stand out. Go to an area in town that is suitable, be smart in where you decide to sell your product, as this may become YOUR corner, who knows... OK you have found your spot. Your goal is to sell the Bag of 100g. However you will be selling it in 10g Packages, each called a Stick. There are ten Sticks in a Bag.

Bag Man: One member stays off the street maybe in an alley way or somewhere not visible from the streets. note the exits in case something happens. This member must have the Bag (Parachute/Backpack) equipped. Backpacks CAN be passed by standing next to each other and "swapping". Bag man Must keep track of sales.

Money Man: This is the guy who will be initiating business. He will be standing out there on the street gauging peoples interest as they walk past. When a civilian approaches on the pathway, the Money Man should start walking side by side with this Civ. Maybe letting them know the great deal they could be getting, and how our shit is the best in town etc.. if the Civ agrees (RP) tell them to keep walking and your man will bring the product. take the money (but never bump them, touch or alter their course) and give the "signal" to your Runner.

Runner: Your job is to hang back, but in sight of the Money Man. You will see him walking next to civilians. If you see him perform the Action "Bro Love" this is the "signal" that the customer has agreed and paid for the Stick. Now your job is to get to the Bag man, and receive a Stick from him, 10g. Walk back out and find the Civilian. walk next to them for a moment and then perform the Action "Bro Love" to give them the Product. Do not trouble them. We will lose a good business reputation if they buy from us then come up dead or beaten. Once the Runner has given them the Stick, the Money Man should go to the Bag man and hand them the money, so that 95% of the time, the Money Man and the Runner are not holding anything incriminating. then rinse and repeat. If you see a police vehicle at any point... Make sure that the Bag man escapes. even if the Police car is just passing by. Get the bag man out of there, Money Man and Runner stay cool.. Each sale the team makes (for the sake of ease as apposed to realism) is 10g. So ten sales and the Bag is finished. Now the bag contains Money. Take that money Backpack to Location C as detailed by the "Connect" thread, All 3 Members will receive their cut. Add a Comment including the number of Bags left in the Comment before you, -1 of course. Also add a simple journal with at least three snapmatics of you dealing the Bag with your crew. One at Picking up, one at Dealing, One at drop off. Do it right and enjoy the whole process, take your time.


*Armed Robbery

Info: You have found out about a certain commodity that can be stolen for good profit. However the work is dangerous, brings heat and must be treated with respect.
Equipment: Weapons, Dark Clothing. Helmet. Parachute. Vehicle.
Plan: Organize the Robbery carefully, Plan as much of the detail as you can, especially how to deal with the Heat that comes with it. Set out in non-Crew Cars. Set about the Armed Robbery, you will not need to kill Witnesses in most cases as it should be a quick, well orchestrated and effective operation, use Helmets to hide your identiy and cover up any tattoos with long sleeve clothing. Use Parachutes to symbolize Backpacks, go to the source of the Commodity and enable your backpack to take a backpack of the commodity. Everyone should get rid of the police (If indeed there are any) according to the escape plan and reconvene at a designated place etc.. changing clothes, swapping vehicles, reloading good into other transports: are all good measures to ensure a successful Robbery.

Plan: If you are driving around in a not so wealthy neighborhood and you spot two suited men standing and talking with each other, it means you have stumbled across two rival Mobsters. If its possible for you to do so Whack these two on the spot and high tail it out of there, avoid the cops at all costs and destroy the Getaway Vehicle if there were ANY witnesses.. if it happened while you were in a Modded Crew car, then destroy it and call your insurance and tell them your vehicle was stolen an hour ago by some "hoods"

Whack: Targeting highest ranked Online Player.
Info: Take a look at the players in your server, choose the highest ranked player outside the Family. This person is the Target. They are a Rival Mafia Mademan and must be killed quickly and without getting drawn into a firefight.
Target: Highest ranked Online player in your server.
Equipment: Vehicle, Weapon and ideally Lester's ability to remove blip from radar.
Plan: work together with your Crew to plan the Hit. There are infininite ways to approach this Whack but make sure it is done smoothly and without any Crew members dying. Use Lester's ability if possible and get right up close.. maybe draw them into a trap, the options are endless get creative. The Hit is successful if you kill the Rival Mademan and get away to safety.

Plan:
Make sure your car is not in sight of the two would be robbers. get out. One of you get setup about a half a block away rom the two targets.. the other Member will come up to them say something, then aim a gun at them.. This member must do it in a direction that forces the two would be Robbers down a specific direction.. towards the other Mercanti, who will kill these two, away from the Stores CCTV cameras. take a before and after photo so we can see that they were planning on robbing it, and the location of where they were killed.. Down an alleyway would be perfect.

Info: You are driving along with the Crew when you spot who you think is a Rival Enforcer driving a car up ahead, You tail them till they stop at a redlight and you make yuor move.
Equipment: Vehicle (Ideally Getaway Vehicle)
Plan: If you see a Black Sedan you can announce that it "looks like Joey 'Two Toes' Sabatino" or whoever you like it to be. If the Ranking Member in the Vehicle gives the Greenlight, Tail the vehicle, do not ram it do not block it. when it stops at a redlight, at least one person gets out and sneaks up on the car from the side and shoots to kill. However dont forget this is a street wise Enforcer most likely and wont just sit their while you take aim so the best Free-Aim shooters will need to make the Hit. If he manages to escape before the Shots hit their mark, the driver must follow him and is now allowed to use his car to ram or block.. this is desperate measures and may result in Jail Time as it will be a wild chase. Alternatively, you could let him go and call the Hit a Failure. If you successfully kill the Enforcer, one member should jump in his car (pretending that he did not just throw the guy onto the street) then take the body and the both the cars to be disposed of.

Plan: Decide the Target first, maybe its a Street Gang or a Security Guard, up to you. Take a Crew vehicle and get into Black street clothing. Then search around together till you see a Black Baller, ideally in a Carpark however you can Jack one, but change the License Plate at a Chop Shop if so. Whoever was driving the Crew Car should hide it in a good place. Now you are ready head towards your target as a group in the Black Baller. Driver should not drive to fast, and the shooters should lock

Money Laundering
Info:
When a Ranking Member comes to you with a few bags of cash from illegal income streams. Using a Snapmatic showing them at Racket HQ with Backpack on, it needs to be cleaned by adding the dirty money slowly into a legitimate income stream, ideally one that receives Cash as payment on a regular basis.
Equipment:
Establishment which contains *Laundering. Parachute.
Plan:
When someone shows you a Snapmatic of them selves at the Establishment you operate with a Backpack on. You can launder the Money and request an Associate comes to the Establishment, picks up a Backpack and delivers it to the Ranking Member who originally brought the money to be laundered. An important part of doing Mercanti Business, the right way..
